trip to texas
john and i just got home from a visit with chad, mindy, and the kids in houston, texas. we also got to see tapan while we were there, and yet again i beat him in another game... pool. (sorry, tapan.) he has now challenged me to a mad game of hopscotch, so we will see who's the bigger girl. :) we had a really good time - although travel was a pain in the butt with mulitple delays, weather, and long layovers. also, i started feeling bad on the last plane home, which had some turbulence - just what i needed! all in all, i was just grateful we were able to go, to get there and back safely, and to see our friends. here are some really cute pics i got of the kids.

glad to hear you made it home o.k. i was thinking about y'all all night while watching the superbowl. it was so good to see you both and get to know john better. by the way...i really want to blow up a black and white of all the kids feet to hang over our shoe basket!! what do i need to do/pay you?

thanks for letting us come. we had a great time! the pic i posted was in color, so i will work on a black and white and then give you a call. btw - 24 rules!! john and i watched 3 more episodes tonight! :) where are you guys??
oh man...you're ahead of us. we watched 2 episodes last night...so you are 1 ahead. get ready for tiredness...we stay up way too late watching them and then are wasted the next morning. are you going to go back and watch season 1 after this? you have to. season 1 was so good. gotta go...i just turned around and aiden is listening to chad's mp3 player...no joke...now she's dancing.
